Ingredients

yogurt
( chilled)
1/2
Cup
water

strawberries
(chopped)
2 – 3
tbsps
Rose syrup
or Gulkand
1/2
tsp
cardamom
powder

strawberries
for garnish
rose petals
few dried for garnish
Instructions
Put everything together except the garnishing ingredients in the jar of a mixer grinder and whip for 2 minutes.
Serve in glasses with a strawberry as a garnish on the rim and a sprinkling of dried rose petals on the frothy,chilled lassi.
