  1. Wash the Broken wheat or Dalia well, blanch it in 1 Cup of hot water for nearly 5 minutes , strain.
  2. Now add everything with the Dalia except bread crumbs and oil in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture equally according to the size of the Patties you want and shape them accordingly with your palms.
  4. Coat them with the toasted bread crumbs ,this helps the patties to be fried without cracking or breaking.
  5. Shallow fry the patties in a pan till crisp and done on both sides.
