Toasted Slivered

honey

rose water

coconut
Dessicated

Cup
sesame seeds
Instructions
Set aside 1/2 Cup Coconut in a shallow bowl.
Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend till a smooth dough is formed, scraping the sides in between.
Shape the mixture into balls with your hands.
Roll the balls in the set aside Dessicated Coconut.
Store in an airtight container.

Notes
Plump dates are best for this recipe but if your dates are little on the drier side soak them in hot water for 30 minutes.
Adjust the amount of honey according to the sweetness of the dates.
