Fruit and Nut Salami
 A delicious fruit salami made from dried figs, dates, sultanas and apricots and studded with toasted pistachios and almonds, without any additives or sugar making it a healthy and perfect sweet treat for kids as well as adults.

Ingredients
12
ounces
figs
dried ,roughly chopped
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
Ground
1/4
tsp
vanilla extract
4
ounces
dates
dried ,finely chopped
2
ounces
Apricots
dried ,finely chopped
2
ounces
Sultanas
, finely chopped
3
ounces
pistachios almonds
unsalted and ,lightly toasted and finely chopped
Instructions
Place the figs, cinnamon and vanilla in the food processor and process to get a sticky paste.
Remove the paste to a bowl and mix the rest of the dried fruits and mix them properly until thoroughly combined.
Place the mixture in a baking paper and give a log shape to it working with your hands.
Tightly roll up the salami with the paper in a neat cylindrical shape, secure the ends by twisting them.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before slicing into rounds.
Store them in the refrigerator.
