Ingredients

spinach
Chopped

sweet corn

Preheat the oven to 180 deg C and line a 12 case muffin tin .
Sieve the Flour with the baking powder and keep aside.
Gently whisk the eggs in a bowl and add in the milk and melted butter.
Add the cheese, Spinach, Corn and Bell pepper and mix.
Add the Flour, seasoning cube, salt and pepper and mix just enough to combine all the ingredients.
Divide the mixture between 12 muffin cases and bake in the preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes or till a skewer stuck in the middle comes out dry.
