  1. Mix both the chopped Chocolate in a bowl and melt on a double boiler . Alternately Melt the chocolate in a microwave for 30 seconds, stir and again melt for 30 seconds taking care not to burn it.
  2. Sieve the corn flour and Ragi flour together.
  3. Add the sieved flours and the vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and mix till incorporated well and is of a pipeable consistency.
  4. Place the batter in a disposable piping bag with Wilton 1M tip ( for rosettes) and pipe the cookies in a Rosette pattern on a greased and lined Cookie tray.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 deg C for 12- 15 minutes.
  6. Cool and store in an airtight container.
Recipe Notes
  • If the batter is thick ,use more melted chocolate to make it to a pipeable consistency ,don’t use milk or butter.
  • Use only chocolate Compound and not pure chocolate for this recipe.
  • Do not bake the cookies at a high temperature as they have a tendency to burn.
  • If you are baking on a dark coloured cookie tray start eyeballing the cookies by 10 minutes.
  • These cookies are delicate, let them cool completely so that they become crisp and then store them.
  • If you don’t have Rosette making tip,cut the mouth of the disposable piping bag and pipe out round cookies.
