Boil the raw bananas with the skin in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
Cool, peel off the skin and mash it well in a deep bowl.
Add the crumbled Paneer or cottage cheese to it, add the coriander, cumin, pepper and dry mango powders, chillies, chopped coriander and salt to the mashed bananas and mix well.
Now divide the mix into 10 balls, flatten each ball in the palm of your hand, stuff some chopped cashews and raisins in them,shape them into oblong Croquettes and roll them in the semolina .
Heat the oil for deep frying in a wok, fry the Croquettes in low medium flame till golden brown.Serve hot with a dip or chutney of your choice.

If the mix has moisture in it and is sticking to your hand, add 1 tsp of corn flour.
