Spicy Savoury Semolina Cake

Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 deg C and grease or line a 8-9 inches loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl add the semolina, yoghurt, water, all the veggies, ginger, chilli, coriander, all the spices and salt. Mix well till incorporated.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the mustard, cumin and sesame seeds and let the mustard splutter and then add the seasoning to the batter and mix.
The consistency of the batter should be medium thick, add little more water accordingly.
Add the soda,mixand keep aside fOr 5 minutes.
Pour into the loaf pan, sprinkle some sesame seeds and bake for 35-40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool, unmould, slice and serve with a ketchup or green chutney. Don’t slice when it’s hot as the pieces crumble.
