To soak the Chia seeds
Instructions
Soak the Chia seeds in 1/2 Cup of water for 10 minutes then strain and keep aside.
Add the lemon juice, honey and the soaked Chia seeds to the tender Coconut Water in a jug, mix well and chill in the fridge for 15- 20 minutes.
Pour into individual glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges, add few ice cubes and serve chilled.
