Cut the Cottage Cheese or Paneer into long strips.Marinate with Ginger garlic paste, Chilli powder, Chaat Masala,Garam Masala, lemon juice, kasuri Methi and salt for half an hour.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of Sooji or Semolina on the Paneer strips.
In a bowl mix the flour, salt, Chaat Masala,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and some water to make a thick batter.
Heat the oil in a flat pan and mix the black and white Sesame seeds and remaining Sooji together in a plate.
Now dip the Paneer pieces in the batter, coat with the Sesame Semolina mix and shallow fry turning sides till evenly golden on all sides.
Drain on an absorbent paper and serve with lemon and onion slices.
