  1. Slice the top of the tomatoes and using a paring knife and spoon scoop out the pulp of the tomatoes as shown in the picture.Youcan use the insides of the tomato for any other recipe.
  2. Keep the scooped tomatoes upside down on a kitchen towel for the water to drain out.
  3. Drain the oil or the spring water from the tuna cans and mash the tuna chunks with a fork in a bowl.
  4. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the tuna and mix well. With the help of a spoon fill the hollows of the tomatoes with the tuna salad .
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf or keep back the sliced tops of the tomatoes and refrigerate the stuffed tomatoes covered and serve them cold.
